The Oxfordshire Plan 2050 is a long-term plan that

will set a framework for future planning decisions.


Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council would like your views on the policies they have suggested to help Oxfordshire:


  1. Address climate change

  2. Improve environmental quality

  3. Create strong and healthy communities

  4. Plan for sustainable travel and connectivity

  5. Create jobs and provide homes


The consultation is open until October 8th. Please click on the link above for more information.


The Social Committee along with the Village Hall Trustees would like to host a Village Bar-B-Que on Saturday 28th August 2021 on the Village Green at 4pm.


Information has been sent to every house in the parish so don't forget to book your tickets by August 23rd.

We have made a few further changes to the remainder of the programme but the classical music concert with Tamsin remains scheduled for August 26th … thank you to all those you have booked their places. We do have some spaces left so please let me know if you are coming. Masks will be optional.

We have managed to achieve about half of the 2021 programme already, we hope you enjoyed it so far. The rest should now be as follows;

4. Saturday September 4th , 7.30pm outside The Bell (weather permitting) – Loving the Alien – the David Bowie tribute band
